Quality in designer sunglasses?
When I go to Saks I can find Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Prada (and the list goes on) sunglasses. They are all around $80 and sometimes seem to be low-quality glasses. But if I go to an actual sunglass retail store that carries these brands for full price the glasses seem to be better quality. But ofcourse I’m paying $300 and up. Why is this?
i was actually wondering this a day or two ago. i saw a pair of marc jacobs for 90 at bloomingdales, and then they were 160 at my eye doctor. i think in sunglass specific stores, they may have put better lenses into the glasses to make them bettter for your eyes. thats my only idea on why they’re so much more expensive.
